Key Account Executive (Multiple Openings)

As a Key Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing our key accounts within the particular segment. You will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with key clients, tracking sales performance, analyzing customer trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our accounts. Your insights and efforts will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage relationships with key accounts to ensure their needs and expectations are met. Regularly communicate with key clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze customer purchasing behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Use data insights to make recommendations for product selection, promotions, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Work closely with the Inventory and Logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and on-time delivery.
  • Serve as a point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries, issues, or escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Gather feedback from key clients and use it to propose improvements and enhancements to our products, services, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendor/brand.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
